Colorado State University student athletes and staff may report any concerns about the climate in the CSU Athletics program through the President’s Committee on Climate in Athletics report form.

Information reported is reviewed by the President’s Committee on Climate in Athletics and routed to relevant university offices to ensure proper follow up and resolution when appropriate. The committee make up is a group of university personnel independent of the Athletics Department.

Committee members include:

  • Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs over Student-Athlete Support Services
  • NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative
  • Chair of the Faculty Council Committee on Intercollegiate Athletics
  • Vice President for Equity, Equal Opportunity and Title IX
  • Executive Director for Human Resources
  • Representative from the Office of the General Counsel

If you believe a person poses an immediate danger to self or others, or there is an imminent threat, call 911 or CSU Police at (970) 491-6425. 

If you are concerned about the health, well-being or safety of a CSU student or CSU employee, please call (970)491-1350 or complete the online Tell Someone form .

If you wish to make a Responsible Employee report or report regarding an incident of sexual misconduct and/or interpersonal violence, please refer to the Office of Title IX Programs’ reporting form here .
